These folks are so warm and friendly, and they always make you feel like your dog is a star. They’re all knowledgeable and they work well together, so it feels like you’re hanging with family. They also know how to solve just about any issue you’re having with your pet! Here’s one satisfied customer modeling her new harness size (that Patrick kindly helped wrestle her into).

Was in town on vacation with a pup who had an upset stomach. We stumbled across this place and am I ever glad we did! The staff were incredibly friendly and immediately knew what to recommend him to make his tummy feel better. Will definitely go back if I am ever back in town!Bonus picture of a much happier pupper the next day!

Great knowledgeable staff, very friendly and a good atmosphere. Blue Ribbon is also the only locally owned independent pet supply store in Charlottetown. They offer full grooming at great prices for dogs of all sizes and breeds.

Wonderful and very helpful staff, they go out of their way to help! Received full refund for box of frozen raw food my cats would not eat. Knowledgeable about their products and can suggest products needed that they may not carry. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Ribbon Pet Supply; I have never encountered a better run business! They have impeccable customer service and are so friendly and welcoming. Between recognizing me by the second time I visited to always carrying my bag of dog food to my car, I truly cannot express how much joy Colin and his staff have brought me by treating me like a friend, not just a customer. They even delivered my dog’s food when I was sick with covid!
