To summarize:Value: 5Product: 5Quality of work: 3.5Front Desk/Salesperson service: 3Will I go again, yes, but you will most likely need to do some research before you go as the salespeople were not really helpful.I feel like some process/training could help the salespeople give a better customer experience. Having a checklist(e.g. chain types(plastic/metal), chain stoppers(yes/no), chain holder(yes/no)) so the salesperson can go during the order process with the customer will help clarify the options that the customer wants and make sure there is no surprises.

Friendly and professional service from beginning to end. I got 12 zebra blinds delivered and professionally installed in less than an hour. The whole experience was worry free and trouble free. Way cheaper and easier than going through homedepot. Highly recommend this place!

We compared 5 companies for our new roller shades in our home and ultimately chose Winstar. Great price for good quality products and selection. We had a measurement issue with one of our roller shades due to an odd ledge that we have, they fixed it with a new roller, and did any and all adjustments that were needed until we were fully satisfied with our installed roller shades.We’d especially like to thank Felicia and Ming for contributing to a great customer experience!

Great blind producer. Less than a week for 6sets if custom wood blinds. Quality is great and clients are happy with them. Best prices and quality, I got the 2 inch real wood white colour and they are very nice. Would recommend to any trades or do it yourself people. All hardware and screws are included, very professional and happy
