It’s one thing to provide great service when everything is good and all but when your the one that causes things to go south and you make false promises and leave your clients to pay out of pocket for your mistakes is another Alex and his team are not good. They will hang you out to dry and tell you they will work out a solution then not return calls or Emails

Alex was super easy to work with, really friendly and explained everything every step of the way. Getting text and email updates on how things were going and what stages we were at was really helpful. And being able to do everything online or over the phone made our busy schedules not something that was in the way of getting our mortgage done. Would definitely recommend Alex and his team to everyone!

Years ago I had a bad experience with another Mortgage Broker, and I told myself that I wouldn't work with another one ever again. Choosing to work with the bank instead at the time. We had great experience working with Alex and Joshua. They both are very professional, full of knowledge and patient. When I first contacted Alex I was very doubtful that we would be approved for a mortgage, however, with Alex's help we got our refinancing done and got a new mortgage. Now we have an investment property and hoping to buy another one very soon. I wish we have more professionals like Alex, caring, knowledgeable.
