Tracking says my package was expected to be delivered but never arrived. The next day the information had changed to simply say it was with the courier.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the phone service that led me to need to go directly for pickup. Loomis can't track your package if there is an issue if you don't know the dimensions and weight of your package. Local staff were very pleasant and appeared to be organised.

Didnt deliver package. Left sticker instead. Get a clue, its not an expensive electronic, just leave it at the door. Everyone else doesWhy would I want to drive across town to pickup when I paid you to deliver it? Pathetic.1pm close time? I really hope you go out of business so someone competent can do the job instead.

Very nice staff, however, operating hours are completely unrealistic. What company expects you to be able to pick up packages before 1pm? That said, the staff offered to accommodate me outside of operating hours, which was appreciated.

Friendly service, you cannot go into the building they come out to ask you what you are there for and bring package to you. My package was to be delivered by Canpar but they have no delivery driver her and no one was notifying me that I had to arrange a pick up.

When you come to pick up the return package, why don’t you give us a phone call when you can’t get into the building, I understand because it’s apartment, but why don’t give us a phone call ? It does not take too much time instead you guys have time to write a sticky note in front of the building. I am home waiting for you to come pick up the package and you guys left a note saying that I am not home, and I have to book courier again. That’s so frustrating!!

They don't leave a card to notify you of a failed delivery. Their hours are 9:00 to 1:00, so I'm not sure how anyone who works a day job is supposed to pick anything up. Only reason I'm giving four stars instead of three is because the lady who works the desk is courteous enough to call me and is pleasant to deal with. Just some feedback, 1:00 to 5:00 hours would provide a much better service to most people

When issues with my appartment's busser interfeared with recieving a package, I called to try amd arange delivery for the next day. The customer service rep lied to me about the tracking number's validity, refused to take any information, didn't bother working woth me to arrange delivery, and when I became frustrated at all this, hung up on me. Absolutely horrible service. Would never recommend to anyone. Do not use these peole.

Lots of hard working people at this location. Everytime the doors open, I am greeted with a smile. Yeah sometimes it takes an extra day but other times my parcel arrives early! Would like to hear from all those satisfied customers that don't bother to post a review when their stuff arrives on time as expected. The staff here are good people that try their best to get everything delivered on time. Look at all the airline cancellations and empty store shelves these days. Maybe a bit more patience and a thank you when your shoes arrive on time... or you watch your delivery driver lug 4 tires up your driveway.
