Extremely rude staff. Dr. Briggs ASSISTANT, an Asian lady, is harassing me every time I have to talk to her. She is yelling and yelling. Once she needs to do something, she makes mistakes and always accuses someone else. She is super UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Think twice before coming here.

She's very old and knowledgeable, we do have at this point a very good relationship with her of over 10 years. Despite her age she worked all the way through covid pandemic and we could continue coming for our immunotheraphy shots. Very impressive. My much younger family doctor worked over the phone.She's organized, more so than her secretary. But secretary is a very nice lady anyway.Doctor Briggs is also pretty good with needles, most of the time it's not painful.However, I can see some people being taken aback for her low tolerance of overall stupidity, for the lack of a better word. :)Anyway, could things be better, probably. Tuesday between 3-4 as only time for the shots it snot ideal, but we've made it work and it's easier than taking shots in two places (pediatrician and family doctor for our family). It takes a while to get an appointment too, but she doesn't rush and listens.
