THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. GOT MY ORDER WRONG 3 days in a row… during morning drive through . She put chipotle sauce in my croissant instead of bagel. I would ask so many times if the order is right and still messes up. Really bad location for Tim

It is the worst, whenever I visit them. They asked me to come back in four minutes, i’m still in the queue & I have been waiting for last half & hour just beacuse i’have paid for it. Worst ever burgerking i have ever visited.

Hi manager,Hope you read this as I want to buy Dark roast coffee at you location at 6:10 pm i get to know I can’t get because they are short staff and they had clean all 9 pot because one of the employee has going at 9 pm so to close store at 11 pm they stop giving dark roast and decaf coffee. It’s not first time as i visited many times at 10 or 11 and same answer and I understand reasons that time but really at 6 pm I can’t get it. Hope you guys hire more people or people who want to work. Kindly update your menu so you don’t waste people time. Thanks

Worst service ever! Ordered Medium coffee 3 cream 2 sugar, but they gave me steeped tea! Even I worked at Tim’s and I know how to treat the customers, but the hospitality was so bad.

I wish I could give it negative stars, there was a lady working at drive-thru speaks Hindi. The whipcream on our ice cap was so badly presented that even puppucino(whip cream for pets) at starbucks looks good then that. Also, We asked for light ice in our quenchers and she literally left a third of the cups empty. I asked her that please fill them little bit more but she said it’s their policy and gave me a cup full of water to add that to my drinks. Very rude and bad service, will never go there again

Rude staff , can’t take order properly, no greetings , every time you order something they are out of stock. You have to wait 5-10 min for just coffee. They just talking with each other but don’t do any work and some of are very rude. They talk to you like you’re the reason for their behaviour.Worst service ever need to change staff specifically 2 girls.

Only 1 or 2 employees working here and it takes 15-20 minutes in line and when you order something it is always not available. And their service is horrible very bad taste in any item you order. They need to hire atleast 2 more employees

Always have to tell them to butter the bagel properly and never is it done. My son gets a dry bagel every morning. They throw your food at you like your the one slowing them down. Just awful service. Need new employees for sure

Great costumer services and fresh coffee and timbits. The Tim Hortons is located inside of the circle K. The location have public washroom inside the store.Be aware the store open until late at night, but the tim hortons close at 9:00 pm
