Simon at the mobility kiosk in Costco Business Centre was great to deal with. I called ahead to confirm stock availability and he ordered in the devices we were considering ahead of time. Knowledgeable about the devices, and great at looking at any further promos on our accounts to give us the best deal. Great service, and a good discount on products.

The wireless kiosk in this Costco Business centre is next level. The rep that helped me (Simon) was exceptional and very knowledgeable about the many questions I had. I ended up getting the Iphone 13 Pro Max and unlike other times where I have purchased a phone from any provider; I left without any questions or doubts. Also porting my old number over from freedom was done very efficiently. Awesome customer service and knowledge, keep up the great work!

Great person, one on training obviously, or incertaine. However couldn’t satisfy my request. The reason is the activation fee wasn’t going to be waived so I did not conclude the agreement. They tried though!

Dave and I would like to advise Aman who sold us our phones done an excellent and very professional job; she is exceptionally patient. We have been in several times for assistance and Aman goes over and beyond to get us back on track. Very pleasant young lady. I would recommend her to friends and family.
