Called ahead and was able to drop by same day for a nasty double rock chip on my windshield, dealt with Mark when I was there and they had it fixed in 20mins. Brought a previous vehicle here before and service has always been great.

This is my second time i've had to replace my front windshield and I've brought it here both times. The customer service is great and everything was done on time and efficiently. They did all the paperwork required and you just drop your car off, if you need a rental they will arrange for that. Nothing but great service from the team at J F Visions.

Hands down, best auto glass repair shop in town! One of the passenger windows on my Audi was smashed overnight and I needed a quick turnaround. Tara managed to source out an OEM replacement for me extremely quickly and had it installed the same day. Bonus, upon initial inspection of the damage, the shop crew vacuumed up all the glass shards and temporarily patched up my window for me. Flawless work, incredible pricing, and top-notch customer service. Highly recommended!

Driving into work on the highway and a rock hit the windshield. Went in that day after work and Mark took a look and said the windshield needed to be replaced as cracks were starting to form. They ordered a new windshield and was able to go in the following week to have the windshield replaced with Mazda OEM. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Great job + they cleaned the inside of the car! Thanks for the great service...would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and professional. I came in with a chip in my windshield and they were able to dry it out, seal it up and told me to come back if it started spreading. I could not tell were the chip was after the marvellous job they did and it seems to be holding really good after 2 weeks! Easy service in and out within 20-30 minutes. Appreciate the help and the care on the vehicle.

I own a Mercedes and my Panoramic Sunroof keeps making crackling noises when I go over bumps or when the car flexes. I was referred to this place and when I met Mark and he was super easy to talk to and explained to me what the issues may be and what they will need to do to fix the problem. I left the car to them and they absolutely nailed it!!! No more crackling noises from my Pano roof anymore. They fixed the problem and I am very satisfied with their professional services. Definitely highly recommend them for any auto glass issues you may have.

Went by to see if they could help with a jammed sunroof. Was very impressed with Mark who came out looked at the issue and admitted it was over his ability and spent time helping to understand the problem. Then gave me a referral to another shop that would be more suited to help.Was impressed with their knowledge, willingness to help and empathy. I have had my windows fixed here some time back and was completely impressed then too.

I came in needing a windshield replacement after I was hit by a rock. They were able to do everything within a couple of hours. Additionally, I found the team here to be exceptionally professional and kind. Overall a very positive experience - I would definitely recommend them!

I had a great overall experience with Mark and his team here. There were some issues post repair but Mark put in the effort to make sure everything was completed satisfactorily. Excellent customer service. I’m glad they didn’t just leave me hanging.
