Worst customer service ever - totally agree with all the negative comments posted previously here. I placed an online order, and dealing with the customer service now to resolve problems caused solely by their fault - is a disaster and complete waste of my time and nerves. They don’t seem to care about customers at all and the troubles caused to customers by the store’s mistakes, and don’t even care to offer an apology.

Went to the store to pick a school bag for my daughter. Totally disappointed with the customer service. The lady in the store gave only one word answers and was least interested in helping when we asked for information on bags.The cashier and her colleague kept conversing with each other like there was nobody around them.I would not like to visit this store again. Not expecting VIP treatment at the store but basic help that any customer can expect.

It said 10am to open but the clerk said it's actually 11am to 7pm so mind this before you go to the mall!Also i politely asked for an extra discount and she gave it 20percent off for my Jansport back pack i feel blasted to save $15 :) thnks

I would give it a 0 if I could, extremely disappointed in the capilano mall, my aunt wanted to buy a purse and the tag was misssing and we ask if there was anyway we could get the price of the item but no.... they refused, they kept showing us other bags that looked nothing like it, then the Manager working there took the purse from in her hand and threw beside her on the floor to help a Kid!!! This is the worst possible customer service I have ever witnessed, If you ever need a bag or luggage go somewhere else were they show some respect!!! Disgustingly rude

Typical luggage shop, not busy at all. Was inside for 5 minutes before I had to ask for some help. I was looking for three suitcases for a group I was with. There was a sale model up front.. I asked if I bought three of them, if they might offer a little bit better price. Apparently confused with the question, the clerk said, no". What a dumb decision
