I have found the staff at this store extremely helpful in fitting my feet and finding shoes that are perfect. Have 2 artificial knees so not a runner, but they find shoes that support and are comfortable.

I ordered some Saucony Hurricane shoes from Runner's Choice in Kingston last week. They were not in stock, but they were able to order them in for me. They arrived in less than a week, and picked them up. I was pleased to see they were not made in China, NOT supporting them anymore.When I got home there was small card inside the shoe box. I cannot say enough positive things about this store.. I have worn New Balance 860 running shoes for many years and visited this store to get my most recent pair. Christine went above and beyond trying to get me a pair in the size I needed. She ended up bringing them in from California. After a few weeks of wear I felt that the shoes were wearing out prematurely. I contacted Christine who immediately offered to replace the shoes. She brought in the new version 12 and kept the previous version 11 so that I could choose between the two. Her thoughtfulness and knowledge is so appreciated. She was very responsive and professional in the handling of the initial purchase and and in replacing the shoes. We need stores like this In Kingston and I strongly encourage everyone to support it.

Just the best service which goes above and beyond. Responding to me on a Sunday night, having a pair of shoes ready for me to try when I got there. Just super friendly service. The type of place that is so great you don't even think of price shopping. In saying that, for the glasses and shows I bought they had the best prices too! Can't recommend this place enough.

So pleased with my trip to Runners Choice. So worth the drive. Christina listened about my difficult thin feet. After a foot print, the second pair she brought felt great. So knowledgeable and thought that I was lacing too tight across my high arches that may have influenced my stress fracture in my lower foot. She showed me a trick to keep the heel snug, yet not lacing too snug on the rest of my foot. I was impressed. Thank you Christina.

Over 70 with chronic back pain. My Dr advised proper shoes. The staff at Runners Choice were excellent at understanding my problem and picking shoes that are exceptional at easing back problem. My highest recommendation for a local business.

With a very sore foot, running was the last thing on my mind so who would have thought that a running shoe store would be a great place to go for extra wide shoes that fit orthotics, but it was! I was getting a bit discouraged when the first few pair weren't right but Al was very patient and kept working with me until he brought out the perfect pair. I left there a very satisfied customer!

Top notch products and service! I am not a regular customer, but will be in the future. Went in just before closing one day. Girl working was super knowledgeable and helpful. Did not have the shoe I wanted in my size, but she said she would look into ordering me one in. They followed up shortly after and ended up shipping it to my door. Kept me posted on the process and I am super impressed with the personalised service. Shop here!
