I had a stone replaced and work done on the claws of my family ring...great service and friendly staff. A few months later I had to return my ring as I felt a claw snagging on clothes.....they repaired this at NO COST to me....amazing you don't usually get anything done for free. Pennys Jeweler's is my go to place for jewelry repairs or new jewelry...Thankyou

Had a ring I gave to them to restore the band on to proper thickness, it costed 180$ just to restore the band and when I got the ring back a few days later the gems were loose and other fittings were extremely loose then they ever were before....

would recommend Penny’s. She reset my engagement ring into another metal and tweaked the design to make it sturdier. We waited 2 long years to wear our bands (Covid) but we’re just as thrilled as when we bought them. She found smaller matching stones to match my unique engagement stone. We also had them size and rhodium plate an antique ring given to me by my husbands family (something blue, his grandmothers). They’re always friendly and turn around time is exceptional. I’ve already started planning my next piece and will be coming back to Penny’s for it.
