Tiffany's Grooming Salon

We took our Irish wolfhound here for a nail trim. She was quite stressed and reluctant to go in? I could never figure out why she hates it so much. Well today I saw why. Phoebe is a dog who even likes to go to the vet. Rick grabbed the leash to give me a hand and basically threw her on the table holding her partly by the collar and under her belly. She is 125lbs and they have a hydraulic lift:/ Why don’t they use it? It was so unprofessional even my 11 year old couldn’t believe it! Then after finishing they let her jump down off the table with a shoulder injury. Lisa, the owner, told me I should have reminded her of this? Isn’t it your job to ask your clients this? A 3 foot drop for a Wolfhound is never a good idea. It is common sense. For a couple who boasts you know the sighthound breed I did not see that today. I would never take my dog here ever again. It is unfortunate because they do beautiful grooms.

We had a bad experience at Tiffany’s, we have a golden retriever who loves people but when we went to pick her up she was crying to leave. We had ask for a de shedding shampoo yet she was was still shedding, her nails were not cut, and she was not given a groom. We were very disappointed in the service here, not to mention that lady in the front is very rude. I was told to pick up my pup at 1pm, when I arrived I was told to come at 3. When I told her that I was told to come at 1 by the other staff she was very rude and told me to come back at 3. We thought we should give a local business a chance but decided to go back to pet smart where I know my dog is being taken care of.

Took our old girl here because her hind legs couldn't take the too rushed in and out treatment from regular groomers. Tiffany's uses a rear body support sling as well as giving the older dogs lots of breaks. Very happy with the outcome.

We have never felt so relaxed with our Yorkie being taken to this Groomer. Our little girl came back looking beautiful and she was very happy when we picked her up. What an awesome job.

I recently took my 1yr old to Tiffany's for a puppy cut. This was second visit. It was horrible experience this time. My dog had a bad cut on his paw, bleeding badly. Having difficulty walking. Also the groomer just cut his hair in a way he was not even recognizable. My dog was so distress when he got home. God knows what they did there to him. My dog is very good with grooming he's been getting it since he was 4 months at home and at salons.I dont usually write reviews. Only reason am writing is I don't want other dogs to experience the same pain and trauma. I feel these owners/groomers have no respect or care for the pets and their parents. They are very dismissive if you let them know they did a bad job. Please everyone do your research before you take your fur babies to groomers. I am never going to take my dog back to this place.

Recently got a puppy and am looking for somewhere to start taking him on a regular basis. Gave Tiffany's a call to inquire, and I was told that they were too busy to help me right now and to call back tomorrow. I understand being busy, and that a phone call with a potential new client may have taken longer, but really just gave me the impression that they're not interested in any new business. She could have at least got my phone number and offered to call me back when time allowed.

I took my mini Teddy Bear pom here today..worst cut she's every had..and it cost 65$ when I called to complain I was told they could do a touch up??? Why would she need a touch up when she just got her haircut today??? Sooooo displeased..

Took our Pomeranian Chihuahua puppy, Simba, for his first ever grooming appointment here and they did an amazing job! Gave us tips and advice on how to manage his super fluffy hair and undercoat. Very knowledgeable staff! Booked an appointment for our 2nd dog and can't wait for her appointment!

Always a pleasure to bring my dog here. He loves his bath times now and has no anxiety. Best decision ever to bring him here.

I took my dog here for the very first time, some time last year. My dog has had many haircuts from petsmart previously. During the car ride home I noticed my dog had his eye full of blood.I had to take my dog to the vet in a very frantic state. I would not recommend this groomer.
