COBS Bread Bakery
I went to buy a loaf of cheese pull apart bread for my wife. When I asked for it I was given what looked like a regular loaf of white bread with a bit of cheese on top. I asked multiple times if she was sure it was the right bread. I was guaranteed it was what I was after. It ended up being a stale loaf of normal bread with a bit of cheese on top, far from pull apart. Total waist of $8.25. Will never go back.

Their sour dough and scones are amazing! I haven’t found sourdough anywhere else that even compares to Cobbs. Some of the mini pizza breads were just ok - quite salty and too tangy, and cinnamon scones can be hit and miss (sometimes dry), but every other scone has been great every time! Prices are higher than your supermarket bakery, but we’ll worth it!

I won't buy my bread anywhere else! Absolutely delicious. Only thing I would change is leaving the bread in the over for a light shorter time so it's softer. Other locations bread I've found to be softer but this is still go to location. I'm looking forward to checking it out after the new renovations! Friendly staff. Quick service.*Edit*I'm not sure how to reply to the comment-Cobbs Bread, thank you you responding to my comment so quickly. I'm referring to the extra fiber loaf. Since the renovations have been closed I've been going to the St.Albert location, I find their bread is softer especially with the crust but I definitely prefer your locations pastries and staff.Thank you! I'm very much looking forward to returning to your location after the renovations.

Fresh baked breads, cinnamon rolls and scones for the most part. There are other seasonal items at different times of the year also. I really like the scones. The store is well lit and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have been coming here for quite a while and have always enjoyed the baked goods.

This place is amazing. The service, the bakery, everything is very well done. My boyfriend and I come here every week to pick up our usual order, and the employees already know what it is! They have so many allergy/dietary options, which is what drew us to this bakery instead of the usual white flour ones.

My co-worker got me hooked on the scones (Sherwood Park location). I went into this location on Saturday, ended up picking up a few other things. A loaf of bread which my bf loved! Of course some scones, a danish and some sweet and savory type croissants (ham & cheese, Spinach and a sweet one). I was rather disappointed in the croissants.... all of them were really dry!!! Not the flakey, buttery taste I was expecting and so I threw all out. I might return in the future when cravings get to me but only for scones/bread. P.S. When you ask if the customer wants their reeceipt, give them a til receipt as well!
