The employee was knowledgeable and helpful, making it a good experience. The over all appearance of the store was another matter. We arrive at opening and the floor was covered dirt and dried mud from the day before.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff - had the solution completely functional in minutes. It was very apparent from chatting with Nikolas that he really knows his telecom and tech stuff which is a great asset for working at a phone retailer. Sometimes you get staff who just read the info on the box to you, as if that's helpful.... This was a refreshing change from box-readers!
