Reg Chow was referred to me by a good friend about a year ago, when my father was hospitalized. Reg was able to provide a POA and Will for him in an efficient and professional manner. Because Reg speaks Chinese and provides house calls when needed, it was very reassuring for my father. Fast forward a year later, my father has since passed and his house sold recently. Reg also helped me with the necessary documentation for title transfer and the closing of the property. The whole process was handled with ease and proficiency. I highly recommend Reg's services! Reg Chow has been my notary for 10+ years. He’s helped with my home and notarization when my young daughter travels, and is very dependable. I usually make an appointment the last moment and he is available to meet. There is free parking across from the building on E. Pender which is very convenient. It is an efficient, effective proccess at Jack Chow Insurance.If you’re looking for home insurance, their rates are also quite good but, and yearly payment has to be made.

Reg is awesome helping in drafting a POA for a friend of mine. I found him very knowledgeable and flexible in meeting my friends to sign the documents. He is patient and able to explain the information to my clients. He is located in the heart of chinatown in Vancouver with his own parking.
