7 years later, 02.13.2018, Dean is still a consummate professional. He went out of his way today to respond on 30 minutes notice to re key my house locks. In the process he cleaned and oiled 4 cylinders and corrected the hanging of the entrance door. This is truly 'old world' attention to detail.Leslie S, Fergus

Dean repaired/replaced locks and handles on two doors. He is very professional, friendly and honest. If he can fix the problem rather than replace he will. Very impressed.

I can't say enough how impressed I am with Dean and his speedy, professional service! He not only came and got my lock opened, but he stayed to troubleshoot the lock and make 100% sure it worked perfectly before leaving! He also cut all the keys I needed, saving me a trip to the hardware store. He went 1000% beyond what I expected. I hope I never need to call him again, but if you need a locksmith, this is the guy to have on speed-dial!
