It's a small, free standing kiosk, but seems equipped to handle most jobs. I just had them replace the battery in my car's key fob, but ots was quick and inexpensive. Friendly, too.

They guys there were fantastic! I bought an aftermarket key fob to be cut and programmed as a surprise for my fiancé. At first they weren't sure if it would work because the original said RAM and the replacement said Dodge, but they offered to order me the correct one if it didn't work, at a much lower cost than what I was quoted from the truck dealership. However, the programming did work and I was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes. And my fiancé didn't suspect a thing, he was very surprised and happy to have a working fob again. Thanks for everything guys!! I know where to go or direct friends if they need something similar.
