Aucun suivi sur l'imprimante achetée, j'ai rappelé plusieurs fois et pas de retour d'appel. Très mauvais service. Je ne recommande à personne. Je fais maintenant affaire avec Monburo.ca de Rivière-du-Loup et j'ai un excellent service après vente.
