All of my Google reviews are generally positive, but this is a terrible business. They have a $5 minimum-order policy, forcing customers to buy items they don’t need, and offer inconvenient, limited pickup times. Not to mention their poor customer service. I ran into a few problems with them related to items that I ordered being “out of stock” after I had already paid. Kept trying to give them another chance, but they just kept getting worse. The last straw for me was when I ordered an item that turned out to be “out of stock” after I had already paid (the third time this has happened). But then, the same item was immediately listed again on their website for $2 more. After they said the item was not in stock, and a few more emails back and forth, they changed their claim to it being a “computer error”. A seller should always honour a sale, especially after the customer has already paid. They clearly were trying to get me to pay more for an item that I had already bought!

I have been shopping at 2 Guys for many years and have gotten some amazing deals! The owners and staff are great to deal with and always helpful. By selling products that are past their best before dates, we get great deals on good products and our landfills don't fill up with edible food! Thanks Guys!!

I’ve only made a few orders with them but it’s been a great transaction. Awesome customer service! I paid shipping for 1 order and they amalgamated my 3 orders into the same shipping fee so I didn’t have to pay more! Also, for the 3 orders I made, all of the items were exactly as described: brand new in box, I will be ordering again! :)

I have placed 5 orders with 2 Guys and have been 100% satisfied with my orders. They are quick to prepare the order for pickup and accurate while packing. Although the storefront doesn't look like your typical mom and pop shop" and looks a bit sketchy

I wish I could give them more stars! The staff are great to deal with, always willing to make things right" if there is an issue. The prices are awesome! I am there every couple of weeks and find myself buying more since they went to the online format. Just love the deals here! People really need to educate themselves on the difference between "freshness dates" compared to expiry dates. Or don't so I can scoop up the deals lol."

I just wanted to leave a review because they deserve it! Great job jumping into action as soon as the pandemic hit, I can imagine that was no easy task. It so easy to order online and every safety measure in place for a safe pick up. Great products at amazing prices, what more can we ask for? I always recommend you to friends and family. Good prices on some interesting stuff, but their (lack of) customer service and broken auction system left a sour taste in my mouth. Their auto-bid feature decided to bid against my own previous high bid. When I reached out about this, the response was looking into it" followed by radio silence
