I found all the staff to be very friendly and respectful. They were professional and treated me very kindly, while providing me with excellent service! McMillan's has always been super accommodating with Me being in a wheelchair. Again yesterday Blake went above and beyond and brought me a truck too look at, at home and helped me out to it and back in. We bought that truck asap. Best service ever!!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the service that I received at McMillan Motor Products. Having visited Kipling to support my Grandmother in her final days, Ilmy sister and I were preparing to drive back home to Alberta when my car began acting up - it would not turn off. Not only did the team at McMillan's swiftly resolved the issue (which was due to extremely cold weather) but they also offered to keep the vehicle in their service bay overnight so that we could travel safely home the next morning. They truly went above and beyond.
