Hard to find since this parking spaces are not connected to 500 Burrard St which is the actual address. This is a general problem with most of Burrard addresses in Vancouver, discriminating car drivers being able to find parking downtown. In the end adding to the congestion...

Tight spaces and entry/exit. Also super expensive.

Weekend parking rate is $6 for 2 hours or $7 for the whole day. Might as well pay for the whole day just in case.You have to goto P3 before spots become available. The higher levels are all reserved 24 hours.You will need your license plate number and the pay meter that takes credit cards. I usually just go to the top floor and the pay meter is on the left.

My new go to place for parking. Their all day parking is 18 which is quite expensive but if you come here in the evenings, the lot feels very safe. Very clean, nothing looks broken, and lots of light.
