Edible Arrangements

Just had a terrible experience with this location. My friend wanted to surprise us with an edible arrangement gift and they hinted that we would expect a surprise around 9am. We waited an hour and had to contact my friend and they had to connect with them and found out the delivery was a much later time. When they delivered it, I got a call saying they didn’t have my buzzer code so they couldn’t come up. I offered my buzzer code and they just kept asking me to come downstairs. She said, “are you going to come down or what because I didn’t have a buzzer code?” Which gave away my friend’s surprise. And then, they somehow got into the building and still did not deliver it to our door but instead left it in the lobby. I agreed to them leaving it in the lobby because her phone had terrible connection and the conversation felt like she wanted to me pick up from the lobby. The reason why I gave it one star is because this business is totally dependent on excellent delivery service and the main purpose of this business to to gift and surprise people. Well they ruined my surprise and left a bad experience. If you decide to use this location, specify you want them to deliver to their door and provide a buzzer code- even though that is something you can easily find at the lobby directory.

I recently had surgery and received this very fresh, edible fruit bouquet from my church.. Thank you very much, Edible.

Thank you for doing a beautiful job on a chocolate dipped fruit platter plus a big bag of fresh fruits and veggies. My sister was so overjoyed that she cried! I will definitely order from your store again!

This branch totally botched my delivery to my mom for her big 60th birthday delivery which I needed them to deliver while I was traveling and couldn’t be there in person. They delivered only the fruit and didnt deliver the “60” numbered balloons which I ordered and paid for. When I inquired, they said they didn’t even have the balloons on the truck. Meaning the “60”balloons were never prepared. I was so so upset about this. I don’t care that they refunded me for the balloons, it’s the effect of the package I ordered that I wanted my mom to receive. Such an unprofessional branch. I’ve never had issues with edible arrangements as a company but this franchise is terrible. I’ve read other reviews with similar complaints. HQ should take note.

I placed an order on too good to go for this location and I didn’t receive any fruit and worst thing of all there was fruit flys all over the garbage they gave me I am extremely upset and do not recommend anyone going to this location the girl working there said the flies came from outside like be real her customer service is horrible and should be fired immediately for her terrible customer service

My daughter in law and son ordered flowers and fruit for a birthday on a Monday to be delivered on the Thursday. The order arrived very late, close to 9PM when the day was almost over. Flowers were NOT fresh at all and most of the flower petals were burned. Not acceptable, a credit should be issue.

Has the pleasure of speaking to Julia over the phone and also saw her in store when I did my pick up! Really appreciate her great customer service and positive attitude especially during the busy holiday season!!

Picked up a fruit basked for Mother's Day. We'll made and thankfully, the heat didn't play havoc on the taste of the fruits, which shows the quality that's being sold.

Julia made me the most delicious and pretty arrangement! She was a pleasure talking to on the phone and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend ordering an arrangement from this location, you could tell the fruit was fresh! Yum!
