This branch was incredible. We came in super stressed about our mortgage on a Saturday but the branch manager Ravi herself ran between her trainees and us to answer all our questions and give us tips towards our options so rhey could be applied to our maximum benefit. Great experience and we look forward to doing more business here!

The bitter experience in my life and since I've came to this beautiful country was becoming a client of RBC , the people in this branch was rude , and the manager was trying to scam me with the renewal of my mortgage by telling me you should not care about the time of your mortgage

Worst costumer service ever experienced. They blocked my account for 5 days. Turns out it was an error on their end. Tried calling but no one would respond, so I made a phone appointment for them to call me back but never got the call. Will be switching to a different bank.
