ITN Reporting

I have attended for Examinations for Discovery here a few times and they have always gone above and beyond. It is a step way above the other Court Reporters in Brampton, and similar to Network, but smaller and more attentive. The food is better than I expected as well. The rooms are not huge, so it may not be suitable for a large conference, but it is perfect for small discoveries or settlement conferences.I have also used their interpreters, mostly for Punjabi clients, and they have some of the best I have used.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Initially it started off well with a quick response to my email and it was downhill from there. I sent my documents and did not receive a reply until a week later and several emails Then they told me they were not legible after I had told them to contact me if there were any issues but they didn't they just sat on it. My instructions were not noted very well and they translated the entire document and charged me for unnecessary translated words and other parts of the documents where missed. Trying to get an email or a phone call returned was like pulling teeth. They used an outside source and when I finally got in touch with this individual he actually raised his voice with me and got very defensive when I told him there were errors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...there are better options available.
