Seriously, why these companies are still allowed to spam business owners and that telemarketing still exists is appalling.The employee who called me keep repeating his script and could not tell me how they got my information in the first place.These business practices need to stop.

Do yourself a favour, and keep looking somewhere else. This place is absolutely trash, like a managers and supervisors. It doesnt pay well at all. And you have to wait an eternity to get benefits. The location is not convenient. They enforced the most useless rules that are not worth enforcing. They will control everything you do and say.This place is dirty. Cafeteria is small and u hygienic. If you have back problems, good luck. The chairs are uncomfortable they arent made for humans. Dont waste your time here. You can do better.

This compagny is really bad manage. You cannot get a hold of HR, they do not provide you any information on how to contact the HR. Also contacting the payroll" departement its rude. She say on her voicemail to not leave a voicemail. Also I was hired in Ontario

Unprofessional! They pretend to understand their employee's situation when the latter have genuine reasons to be absent or late. They will terminate you without giving proper explanation. Don't bother going there if you look up to people to be understand as BGO failed to do so.

Do yourself a favour, and keep looking somewhere else. Supervisor, Tanya Flocari is the worst person EVER exist. She will give you instructions without knowing exactly what to do and when clients are complaining she will start to cry in the conference room. The HR lady, Sarah Nguyen also is not helping, never know anything. They spend all day long hiding in their conference room laughing and eating. No wonder why Tanya is so fat. Very easy for anyone to enter that place. Just go by the employees entrance and pretend that you forgot your key and voilà ! Never go by the main doors.

got a call this morning, Telemarketers selling a Scam, DONT GIVE ANY INFORMATION' JUST HANG UP TO THOSES CLOWNS !!!if you get called by thoses escrows, give them a bad review too. telemarketing is a BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE

I have worked and known many call centres in Montreal but BGO is the best. It has a small group and a great location at Plateau. I have worked since summer 2018 and got rehired (after I came back from a sabbatical). Their Managers like Tanya Flocari were excellent and currently Louis Pelletier (Director, Operations) is no less. Louis tries to keep the team going and motivate them often from his own personal expenses and ideas on floor. BGO keeps the work format casual, thus one won't feel any pressure and they cooperate with hours and vacation as per standard norms, keeping transparency to their best of abilities. Team Manager Reginald Laude is an excellent team player and a leader. Regi is a great balance of work and play and is committed to stay at work beyond hours even-though there is a single agent working on the floor. Lastly, Montreal team has Sarah Nguyen as HR and she is talented and knows the stuff she is doing. I have seen Sarah from the first day of her joining and she has come a long way in terms of her work. In short, BGO is an excellent place to work if you believe in hardwork, humour and effective communication. Also the office building houses a gym and a cafe and the neighbourhood has many excellent places to eat out being prime neighbourhood of Montreal. Accessible from Mont Royal Metro, cars and buses. I would highly recommend BGO to everyone, who has interest to work in account receivables/sales-based portfolios.
