Mirrors for the change room are on the outside of the doors for the public to see, there was a line of 50+ people, almost to the stairs/exit.Didn’t move in line once over 15 minutes because half of the “open” tills were being run by women with what seemed like social anxiety. They did everything BUT cash customers out. Like most, me and my girlfriend just dropped our merchandise and left.

If this is the store inside polo parkFix your change rooms . Put the mirror on the inside of the room not the outside. Pretty awkward trying on clothes when the coed line up is right there. Everyone can see you. How you gonna try on shirts and dresses? Sumner tops?Men in the line can watchFix your co ed change rooms. Very simple Fix.

you can find some really good stuff there & the staff are very nice, however it’s slightly annoying and inconvenient that theres no fitting rooms and they don’t do returns. I wouldn’t mind the no return rule if you could actually try on the stuff before you buy it. When you buy something there, you have to wait until you get home to try it and if it doesn’t fit or it’s see-through, you have to drive all the way back and there’s no returns only store credit so you have to commit to spending your money there. They’re probably the only store left that still doesn’t have fittings rooms open.I know this isn’t employees fault but I think if their management/corporate changed something about the change room situation it would be much easier to shop there. It’s such a hassle to make a trip all the way back when you don’t live near that I was just better off just donating the clothes or avoiding the store all together.

The girl that helped me went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, she even suggested other places I could find and other styles of what would be similar. The aisles are pretty tight so social distancing is very difficult in here, some arrows on the floor would be helpful! But other than that great service and sales!!

Great selection, clothes seem to be pretty good quality. A little confused though as to why there’s no mirrors inside the change room, made my purchase decision a lot harder

Great deals cheap quality but some of the boys holiday shirts can’t be beat. The girls section don’t have as much holiday gear

The offers are good in this outlet, but some of the staff “for some reason” has a bad attitude. Some of the staff members were polite, but the cashier girl and manager lady were very rude. Also, you should double check the products before buying, as I was sold a defective product which they refused to replace post billing (I checked the product in front of them and it turned out defective at that very moment). The manager lady was like “We can’t replace once the billing is done” :/

Worst experience ever. I bought clothes from urban planet as one of my friends insisted me to buy from there, I bought two joggers and it was small in size, so I decided to return those within a week, the girl at the front desk said looks like you have wear these, i said that i just tried it for once, that girl treated me like a thief, she was asking me for my personal details and said now the exchange clothes are final sale. I will not recommend anyone urban planet anymore. They don’t know how to talk to the customers, the girl asked me do you want a bag or you have your own bag. So disgusting.
