I first met Dino (Owner and chief mechanic) in the early 1990's based on the recommendation of a neighbour. My Mazda MPV was a lemon. I was on my 4th or 5th alternator in under 100K and also my aluminum climate control tubing under the van was gonna cost me $600 (dealer quote.) Dino fixed the tubing for under $400 and showed me how salt corrosion was the culprit. He also showed me the design flaw of the alternator (the housing bracket filled with water on rainy days and shorted out the contacts - literally melting the unit.) He did some modifications to the housing and it never happened again. Since then we have serviced multiple vehicles with Dino and his guys for 30 years, now! He is honest, fair and never once has tried to pad a bill or service something necessary - practices that are all-too-common with many establishments. (Example: I took my Dodge Caravan to Dino because the dealer said I needed new shocks for $1,200 because the ones I had were leaking"...Dino looked at them and laughed out loud. Came here cause my tire pressure kept going down. I knew there was a leak somewhere and this was the first place i saw. After checking the mechanic told me nothing was wrong with my tire and that there was no leaks and charged me $10. After paying i took the car next door to wheels for less and they found the leak. Air was leaking through the side wall and they fixed it up. If you’re a licensed mechanic and cant find a tire leak i definitely wouldn’t trust you with diagnosing my car

The whole time bringing my car to the dealership, expressing my concerns and none of them being taken seriously, I brought my car to Dino and I was completely happy with the service done by him and his team. They actually listened to my concerns, whether it sounded crazy or not, and addressed every single one of them. They took me seriously and listened, which is something the dealership never has done.
