AVOID THIS PLCE AT ALL COSTS!Terrible service and they have no idea how to work the equipment you leave to be repaired. Find anyone else for your repair needs, this company is the bottom of the barrel!

Price for repair was more than Iexpected. But as they say, You get what you paid for" I got my snow blower back better than new. $$$ but great result"

Stay away from this place. They are not really professional and you are not going to get the service you expect for. Also the person in front desk has some kind of issue with himself. It's so unpleasant to meet him!!!I am wondering why some brands assigned this place as their repair center??

Great experience from start to finish! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair pricing compared to any other service I’ve used over the years. I will never use anyone else for repairs on our equipment… Did an awesome job on the blower a while back, and my other equipment is all spruced up just in time for the spring! Thanks guys!

Would not recommend any of their services. Bought a used chainsaw from this company. They said it was one of the best chainsaws out there and convinced me that this was my best option. It lasted just over the year warranty and when I brought it to them to be repaired, they said it needed to be scrapped because parts are no longer available. A total lost of 500.00. Their customer Service was absolutely horrible and would not work towards a resolution. It was apparently my fault for purchasing a used chainsaw even though I went with their recommendation. Please do you research and use another small engine repair business as this company clearly doesn’t care about happy customers!

I am not willing to use 1 star to hurt small business. So just 2.I drove 1.5 hours to this shop to repair my Ryobi sprayer. The lady told me that repairing under warranty will cost me 3-6 weeks. I was ok with that. when it turned to the sixth week, i called the shop to see if any ETA is available for me. The owner told me that they were waiting on Ryobi's approval of repairing under warranty. I was really upset about it since it is the season to use this sprayer. I do not know how long I need to wait. I called the customer service of Ryobi. They could not find my claim and they want me to get claim number from the shop to check it. I called the shop again to find the claim number. They did not even have it which means they never file my claim. Why lied to me saying it is waiting for approval. They cannot give me claim number and answer me why no claim number. They wanna call me back. I never got a call back until 5 days later they asked me to pick up the sprayer ASAP since the sprayer is repaired. If you tell me at first time when I called and said sorry to me, I am ok. Because everyone makes mistake, they may put my claim on side and forget about it. It is not acceptable the shop lied to me.

Great experience very helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped us with repairing and purchasing new equipment for our business and has recommended only the best options for us. Polite and helpful people. Will recommend to family and friends for someone looking for an honest company that does the best job.

Please don't trust them and go this Store. I took my Certified Grass Lawn Mower on May 9 2023 and they said it will take approximately 1.5 week and paid $97 advance. I called after 11 days they sd they do with within next few days. 2 weeks passed I was it should be within 3 weeks. Called again after 3 weeks a lady said they work on my machine tomorrow. Called after 2 days and wanted to talk to the owner and left my phone number but nothing happened. I went personally on Saturday but the store was closed with a note because of family immergency. I called monday just before week the guy it will be done tomorrow. I wanted to talk to the owner at least 4 to 5 times but I couldn't the guy always told the owner is not in the store. They called me on June 8 after one month and sd there was no oil in the engine so it got damaged and they can't fix it.I sd before I drop the engine there was oil but they denied. It was such Unprofessional experience I can't imagine. I didn't get my money back either. They took one month tontell me they can't fix it. Very frustrated.

Not impressed. Showed up requesting if they had a replacement part for my power washer. Tech checked and said bring in machine to match part. Did that was asked for a hundred dollar deposit plus tax. Waited two week wasn’t bad. Was informed needed new pump. With a tune up near 400. Plus my hundred they had on deposit. I declined went to pick up my power washer. found the part in the city for 8 dollars. They had no problem matching the part. Cost me a hundred fir no repairs. The other place just gave me my part. It’s in and machine working. You won’t see me there again.
