Within the first couple of minutes of meeting Jennifer, i knew this wasn't going to be a typical course. She was funny, engaging, entertaining, and just a pleasure to be around. I was pleasantly surprised how much I learned and enjoyed the Food Safe class with Jennifer Pont. The class was very diverse and it was great to see everyone so comfortable. It is a true teacher who can explain the material in a way that makes it easy to process. Jennifer also had tips and suggestions on how to remember certain points which was very helpful. I would recommend this course for anyone who uses a kitchen, whether that is industrial or home based, the class will not disappoint.

Jennifer was a super funny and engaging host. I took the Foodsafe Level 1 course with her. I would totally and wholeheartedly recommend her as an instructor for any business. It isn’t easy to make sitting in a classroom easy but she rocked it.

Jennifer is an excellent instructor. I have taken Foodsafe before and was prepared to be bored while doing my 5 year re-certification. I never was! She paced the course well, kept it interesting by switching between learning styles and getting us to interact with the material. Great for people of all learning styles!
