Pharmacist changed the amount of months for my prescription, then refused to fill it but didnt forget to put on my file that he did fill it. Thanks alot Patrick!

These guys used to be the best shoppers in lethbridge (imho). Now, you can't even get an employee on the phone after 10 minutes on hold, the shelves seem more bare than other shoppers around the city, and the staff always seem to be in a bad mood.I am thinking about changing my pharmacy, as I just have been pulling my hair out trying to fill prescriptions in an orderly manner.I am highly disappointed on how this business is being run, please choose somewhere else for your shopping!!EDIT:The owner had called me, and was able to explain some of the supply chain shortages, as well as answering all my questions and queries. Honestly, he's a really nice guy. I give him 4 stars for trying his hardest to seek customer satisfaction!

Wow! I had the BEST shopping experience ever at this location thanks to Yan! I was greeted right off the bat and offered assistance which was so much appreciated. Prior to going in I was reading descriptions and reviews of perfume and I picked my perfume and went to check out, Yan had mentioned it was a great pick and I had said it had the best reviews so hopefully it's good!" Yan offered for me to smell the testers that were in a locked drawer of what I was picking between and Yan was right

This pharmacy has really gone downhill. I went here for years and never had an issue until about 8 months ago. I had to practically beg and fight to get my prescriptions on time and even then, just barely got them in time before I ran out. This was even after calling for refills 2 weeks in advance! I ended up switching pharmacies after I had to quit one of my meds cold turkey because the pharmacist refused to contact my doctor to get my refill. He proceeded to laugh at me when I said that I was going through withdrawals and tried to blame me for the mix up. I played telephone tag between the pharmacy and my doctors office for two weeks until I could get back on my meds. Absolutely rude and disrespectful customer service. Cherry on the other hand was and always has been a sweetheart. She is the only reason for the one star!

I was quite disappointed with the pharmacists. Had my prescription faxed from my doctor’s office for my IUD, went to pick it up two days later only to discover they hadn’t filled it, as apparently “we only fill these in person”… what’s the point of sending in a prescription if it’s not filled when I come to pick it up. Waited over half an hour for it to be filled, and when it was the pharmacist yelled my name loudly whilst waiving the box around. When I asked for a bag for privacy reasons, they made me pay for a large reusable one. Extremely unprofessional and a direct violation of privacy. I hope the staff are more discreet and diligent in future.

these pharmacists are crazy. they ask too many questions like why i was prescribed a certain med. a doctor prescribed it, its none of your business. once i tried to refill my bp meds so i would have enough meds for my vacation which was away from home. they said it was too early to refill and i had enough at home. i had to explain i didnt want to run out of my meds on my vacation. im changing pharmacy. i am on blood pressure meds, not opiods. i dont need the 3rd degree when i go pick up my meds.

Went to speak with a prescribing pharmacist this evening about a sinus infection. Have done this in the past without issue and I normally go to this pharmacy to fill any prescriptions. The pharmacist I spoke with (Patrick) just took one look at me and told me “go to a doctor”. I was not given an assessment, or asked for my info so he could see I was already a patient/customer of this pharmacy. Went to the one by the Dairy Queen instead where I was given a proper assessment and a prescription using proper due diligence and respect. (Given a nasal spray to try before antibiotics because obviously we want to make sure it isn’t just viral before prescribing antibiotics-yay! She knew what she was doing! What I expected from the first pharmacy but was denied instead!) I was humiliated and frustrated by this pharmacy and if this is how “Patrick” treats his patrons, he shouldn’t have a license at all. Prescribing pharmacists are established to help congestion from overrun emergency rooms but Patrick has taken it upon himself to not do his job or even have basic respect for the patrons of this pharmacy. He is a disgrace to pharmacists in general with his attitude and should not be in the position if he is going to refuse service based on looks alone. (I’m left feeling as though I was denied service because I have coloured hair and tattoos-my health care should not be denied because of some judgemental person with a power complex) He did not even allow me an assessment to see if there were any red flags, just denied service right off the bat. Despicable and disgraceful service. I’ll be taking my business to the other pharmacy near Dairy Queen from now on where I wasn’t treated like a throw away piece of trash and was instead given respect, due diligence and a proper assessment. This pharmacy could learn a thing or two from how the other one operates.

Terrible place to get prescriptions filled. Waited an hour to have antibiotics filled for my child today. They still owe me for more. But what really made me angry was getting the bottle of antibiotics and getting home to see it wasn't mixed! Just a powder in the bottle! If someone who didn't know better got that they might have mixed it on their own and mixed it wrong or thought that was what it was supposed to be. This place is going to kill someone yet. The pharmacist laughed when I brought it back to be fixed, it won't be funny when someone gets hurt or they lose their licence. You have a serious job! Take it seriously! Your dealing with people's medical needs

I visited this pharmacy today to pick up a medication that was prescribed to me earlier that day. They sold me a prescription which I assumed was the one that my doctor sent over. When I got home I realized that they sold me a prescription that I am no longer taking instead of the prescription I was needing. I then called and told them there was a mixup and they let me know that the prescription I was supposed to get today is not in stock. If they had gave me this information or even said the name of the mediaction they were selling me when I came in I would have realized they gave me the wrong medication. Now I've spent money on medication I no longer take and am unable to get a refund. Horrible communication at this pharmacy that costed me money and effects my health. Very disappointing.

Excellent store, pharmacy service is excellent highly recommend.
