Professional, efficient and friendly. The end product excellent. The installers start work from the time they arrive until they leave. I posted the before and a few afters of our new Shamrock color of siding on our home. Jones Aluminum did an amazing job installing our siding and eaves and all the little personal touches we wanted added to our home. The guys were excellent and made satisfaction checks everyday along the way. Very personable bunch of guys and hard working. Would recommend this company to anyone who wants a superior job completed. When heavy rain and driving winds caused water to leak through the window returns, I suspected that my siding was the issue. I asked my roofer who he’d recommend and I’m glad he suggested Jones Aluminum. From their prompt response to my initial query, through to estimation, scheduling, communication, quality of workmanship, and follow up, I have nothing but high praise. And for peace of mind, they guarantee your total satisfaction. You can’t go wrong.

Brian came to my house and measured and put in my order last fall, explaining that the windows and doors probably wouldn't be here till the spring. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. The crew came out in October to install the eaves trough and some facia, which I appreciated. In March, my windows and door were installed by two very professional workmen. Sean and Clint were respectful and personable. They left the work site immaculate every day they were here. The work done exceeded my expectations. After calling 3 aluminum installation companies in the Midland area, I was told by 2 of them that they'd show up and give me an estimate for what needed to be done. None of them showed up, I didn't receive a call back, if there was a delay, nothing.Then I called Jones Aluminum in Penetangishene and I received a call back that very day. An associate showed up the next day and forwarded an estimate that we were happy with. When the work started, they told me what they were going to do and how long it would take. The workers were very professional and paid so much attention to the finer details of the installation. We were very happy with the work. I had my gutters and some snow stop installed on my house recently by Jones and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Quote was done the same day I first called to enquire and was emailed to me a day later. Work was done within a few weeks of that. Although heads up…. I didn’t know they were coming, they just showed up. But I didn’t care about that personally. The crew was in and out within a few hours and left zero trace of themselves. Very tidy. Tara was very easy to deal with, payment simple, and price was good. Good quality workmanship as well. Definitely recommended. Thank you Jones Aluminum.
