I brought my silk duvet in to West Boulevard Cleaners to use their Green dry cleaning service". I paid $83.84 which I thought was a lot but I thought well at least it will be clean and not full of toxic chemicals. However I did not realize that their green dry cleaning actually was putting it in a washing machine and ruining it completely. When I brought it in the silk filling was evenly spread nice and flat all over the inner surface of the duvet

Amazing and professional services. I had coffee spill all over on my delicate wool coat and I thought it was ruined forever. They dry cleaned the coat so well and now I can’t even tell there were any spots on the coat. I’m very happy with their services and will definitely recommend to all of my friends.

So terrible service. Do not go there. Last Friday, I went there to dry clean my Prada down jacket. One of reception told me they can only do dry clean no water. Today, when I get there, another reception told me they do water clean no dry clean. That’s ridiculous. My Down jacket still too dirty. It is exactly same as Friday. I even suspect they didn't wash my down jacket. I don't know why this dry cleaner gets such high points in Google review. It’s crazy! If I can, I will give zero point.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As our garment was a special case, they went out of their way to discuss and explain the risks and options to us. We ultimately proceeded, and are extremely happy with the results. Will definitely use for future needs. Thanks!

I hadn’t been to a dry cleaner in years but wanted to find one that was as natural and ecofriendly as possible. Brought 2 wool coats and was a little taken aback at the prices but on further research realized that they while they were on the high side, they were not out of line. Service was friendly and efficient and the costs came back looking great and with no chemical smell. I would recommend this business and would return in future.

I came to West Blvd dry cleaners straight from the airport after a bottle of red wine broke in my suitcase and spilled all over most of my clothes. The people here are angels! All of my clothes came out good as new (including my cashmere sweater and wool coat). On top of that, the service was incredible. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Very happy with my first visit to West Blvd Cleaners. They were great at explaining some of the challenges and risks to cleaning a valuable coat, and I was very impressed with the results after receiving it back the next day. Will definitely use them again for cleaning, especially delicate items!
