OMGOODNESS this place has so much fishing stuff. Some things I didn't even know were invented yet. And wonderful customer service. The employees genuinely seemed to like their jobs, which was wonderful. Doesn't look like much on the outside but don't let that deceive you. Inside is an abundance of fly tieing paraphanelia and fishing tackle etc. YOU GOTTA MAKE THE TRIP THERE. We will be going back for sure.

I wouldn’t recommend kencraft rv repair. He had our trailer for 6 weeks, dropped our trailer, apparently broke our slide and took money out of our insurance claim to fix it before even informing us that it was broken.Left rusty screws laying around everywhere even in a storage cubby. Turned off our fridge so the entire thing was filled with black mold. We are now missing a freezer door shelf. Cut corners on our insurance claim. Never did our axle flip like we requested. Put our trailer blocks on someone else’s trailer in the lot. Now our trailer landing gear doesn’t work. We have to use a jack to hold up our trailer. He left it unfixed while he left on vacation. Had it for five weeks after dropping it to not replace or fix the landing gear.When we asked about the missing blocks they argued with us.Do not take anything here. This place is only good for fishing retail.

Great place for RV parts, they have most of everything you'll need (and some stuff you didn't know you needed!). Worth driving out here for your next RV DIY repair.

Terrible RV repair service, after the inspection some of the screws were missing and the cover bent out. The repair quote suggested to replace all the parts instead of a simple slude our adjustment. Very disappointing in the service department.

Always the best service and helpful advise. The only place that had in stock aluminum so I can continue with my repairs. I'll be back to pick up the rest of whatever else I need because of their staff. Than you!

On the recommendation of a relative I started getting my trailer repairs done at Kencraft about 2 years ago. They have consistently done very high quality work for a fair price. Eli and his crew are absolute professionals. They are honest and straightforward and their workmanship is of the highest quality. I have had extensive work done on a travel trailer that I bought at auction that had water damage and they brought the trailer to new condition. I had them virtually rebuild my cargo trailer and it is now just as good as new. They've also done brake and maintenance work on all my trailers including the travel trailer, cargo trailer, car hauler, and dump trailer. All of the work has been first rate and the price is very fair. I highly recommend this company.

After searching a number of different truck places for parts for my tent trailer Kencraft had what I needed. The staff was helpful and fair. I have only ever poked around the fishing side. My credit card better watch out when I do go over there shopping.

Haven't been here in probably 10 years always on the way to Arrow Lake for our summer vacation...this place is FANTASTIC the fishing store OMG I'm like a FAT KID in a candy store...have to go to Vernon for a funeral this weekend...there not open Sunday so I will leave Vancouver at 4 a.m. just so I can catch this place before the 1 p.m. service...if these guts don't have it...it doesn't exist....Lol...Lol..
