Their customers services are below the zero, no knowledge at all and even they have hired un educated people who can not understand even the conversation and using slang language of Detroit Afro-American and very much unsatisfied and very un professional people this was my 10th. Unsuccessful attempt and i moved to the Chicago Title Co and the handled my closing very professionally, so quick and kindly, I'm glad to hired them.

Worst company ever. Pretty representative of the city of Detroit. Lazy with poor service. I’m sure their suburban counterparts are great but man these people. You submit a request to a general email. They don’t write back a week later and when you call them they have a nasty attitude.

I use them for several transactions a month. I couldn't be happier. Lauren is fantastic. So is Claire. They are good about answering what I ask. Never insulting with my many, many questions. They are pleasant and efficient. Other title companies are so annoying to me now. If I could be 100% exclusive with them, I SO WOULD! They know Detroit and they know about auction properties and foreclosures and deed searches. The best!!!

I went in to first american for a simple land contract, the amount of unprofessionalism and rudeness was astounding. They told me they have never done land contracts at their business, which I find laughable because I just closed on a land contract that they wrote for me one year ago (2021) If I could give zero stars I would.
