This has to be the laziest and most useless courier ever! Rescheduled delivery without prior notice, and then do not deliver on the new date! Like how are you still in business?

They can't respect their delivery dates. They don't update their tracking service. They don't know where your stuff is. They don't even know if they still have it. Or gave it to an other carrier. They can't figure their stuff out.Not great!

my pallet arrives Canada on apr. 19, they keep changing delivery date not call me to clear customs. I go to CBSA self-clear on Apr. 24. They don't schedule delivery until on Apr. 26 call me that their truck is broken so cannot deliver my stuffs. :/ Not sure when will I get my stuffs. Tired and exhausted to hear reschedule delivery again and again. I can simply pick up my parcel at their office when i clear the customs.

What is the point of making an appointment when you only want to deliver at your convenience? If you don't accept the delivery within two days you have to pay $35/ day storage fee? the worst delivery company on the plant.

Horrible company. They lost my best buy package and now my daughter is out of a birthday gift because these a-holes can't keep track of packages. Should be closed down.

Worst services ever. Apparently they are owned by T-Force/UPS if I am not wrong because their corporation is very complicated now days. We had a transport with UPS who has subcontracted to T-Force who subcontracted to QuickX. For almost 3 weeks they blocked and kept our products ( 10 pallets ) in their warehouse in Mississauga, the shipping was coming from USA. They were telling us lies every day that we will deliver today" and at one point they were telling us they don't have drivers to deliver from Mississauga to Scarborough which is 30 min but they can send back the transport to USA. This is a company to avoid at all costs even Lowe's Canada cancelled their contract with UPS."

3 no shows on agreed upon delivery appointments...had to chase them down twice daily trying to track down one simple pallet. Joke of a company. Two weeks later still can't seem to get any information about the location of my shipment.

Every time I have to deal with this company we have an issue. Today I had expensive package being delivered and they delivered it to the wrong address, AGAIN. They need to stop and read the address before they drop it off.

Worst company to deal with! Rude staff, ignorant employees that know nothing about customer service , have no manners or respect when dealing with you the CUSTOMER , and can't meet deadlines! They don't care about DELIVERY DATES once they have your money lol. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! Would give them a ZERO if that was an option!

Don't bother trying to call this company; their phone system stinks. You immediately get placed on hold and finally it goes to a mailbox that is full. When you press zero for an attendant you are told there is none and it is an invalid extension. Unless you know of a direct number you're out of luck.
