Love the products! The only thing I definitely don't reccomend is getting a piercing done here, since it's not the best method they use to do it and their piercing cleaning solution has a substance that should not be there.

Had my daughter's ears pierced there. The staff was very rude and arrogant. This should be a memorable experience for a girl, but my daughter and my wife had the worst experience ever. I dont recommend this place at all.

I had a mask on but I guess there is a new definition for wearing mask at this store. Proper mask!!!!! I think they don’t need money. They just ask their customers to don’t come in cause they don’t like your mask. Unbelievable!!

My Daughter and I went for 2nd piercing by Claire's and Cassy did it for us. She was so helpful and did a great job! It was a great experience and we highly recommend her! Thankyou for your patience with us! We love our new piercings. She did it so well it didn't even hurt! Well Done!!!

I just got my second lobe pierced by Kate! she did a great job and was super kind and helpful. She marked the spot before hand with a marker and let me adjust to my liking, so the placement was perfect. thanks for the great experience :)

I got my ears pierced here twice, (the second time because they closed in) I was about 7 the first time, and 9 the second time. (i still have the piercings to this day)I don’t remember their names (the people who gave me the piercings) but the first time the two did it at the same time, instead of one by one.i think It was really good that it was a option to get them both done at the same time :)

Rude and unprofessional staff..We were there for second ear piercing and this girl named Maggie" didn't know anything about customer service. She made a huge mistake and pierced the wrong spot.Funny thing is she wasn't sorry at all and when I asked her to redo it

I have got my daughter ear piercing, I have to buy ear tops from the shop, I bought one which they claim is 14K gold in 85$. But when I got it checked from a jewellery shop. They have tested and mentioned it’s not 14K gold it’s steel with gold plated in best case and should not cost more than 5-10$. It’s very disappointing how they are cheating the customers.
