Benchmark Computers

It is the place with great service and price. I recently had my laptop's power jack changed here and all of my concernes were addressed in a patient and friendly manner. My husband used their services for his computer issues couple of times throughout the years as well: all works flawlessly :)

Always tops in looking after my computer needs and repairs. Almost 15 years now. Recommending them without hesitation. They are top of the many Computer shops in Peterborough.

We took our laptop to him yesterday first thing in the morning, he said I’ll take a look and call you. After a couple of hours when we didn’t hear back, we stopped by and he said the same thing: will take a look and let you know. In the afternoon close to the end of the day, we stopped by and this time he said there are 14 other laptops ahead of yours (which I have no idea why he didn’t mention this earlier!), and it’ll take 2-3 business days for me to just take a look! But if you’re in rush, you can pay me $50 and I’ll do yours first thing! We were kinda shocked because of his unprofessional act, took our laptop to some other shop and got it fixed a lot faster with much more reasonable and fair price than his.

They fixed my baby, did a very good job. Thank you!!!

Was shopping for a new computer for my daughter and benchmark was able to put something really cool together in one a few days. I've been shopping on and off the since 2001! Highly recommend.

These guys are top shelf. Super knowledgeable, helpfuland, patient and the prices are very reasonable. My go-to shop for computer service for more than 20 years!

They know what they are doing! They've been in business a long time. That speaks for itself. Staff and owner are both courteous and friendly.

I had some funny stuff going on with my keyboard in particular, the backspace button (Lenovo T450 Windows 10). Benchmark were able to diagnose the issue quickly and I had my laptop back in about 3 hours. The unit was cleaned and is working great again. I've used other computer repair guys in the Peterborough area before but this shop is the best :)

Took in my computer and took two tries to get it going properly but they got it working like new. The issue was not their fault and required testing at home to confirm the problem.
