I wish I could give zero stars. The only response I have from him or his office is a single automated email reply. I see he has no problems providing sound bites in news stories and showing up to a few local events. Does he just go hide in his house or his Ottawa office the rest of the time? Does he even have an office in Richmond yet after being voted in over a year ago? What is he doing to represent our city and constituents? Pathetic.Update : Apparently this is his new office now and all the 1 star reviews are pointed to Alice Wong's office despite being meant for him because of Google edit. What a joke this guy is.

Mao is inaccessible and incompetent. His auto reply suggests that he might not be your mp. He is constantly posting on social media pretending to work. Mao please do Richmond centre a favour and go back to your realtor job.Mao please also transfer all your previous horrible reviews to your name instead of keeping it under Alice Wong’s name. Just because you took 1.5 years to open an office does not mean your horrible Google reviews should be placed under Alice’s name. I definitely will not be voting for Liberals in the next election if you’re running again.

I would like to thank Rr. Miao's office for their prompt response on one of our queries regarding visa, the office was very courteous and very prompt and we highly appreciate the response and help.

Left a voice mail asking for their hours so I could drop by and have them certify a photocopy of a document for CPP purposes. A simple matter. They didn't have the decency to even return my call. Another useless office.

A MP with no responsibility and lack of competency. reached him through email almost year ago, just received an automated reply. I was talking to them through the phone even, sound was promising, however, no taking action! Just wasting time. I would highly recommend to reach other MP. Just exaggerating on social media no taking action for solving problems
