Our building is a ticking time bomb of issues due to their handling of the project. So far, we have experienced recurrent water floods in several parts of the building (some new units were deemed unsalvageable and are being entirely rebuilt), poor decision making with regard to heat pumps and A/C units leading to several owners experiencing malfunctions and failures. This all happened within 1-2 years of the building's existence, so God knows what'll pop up in the next year. What's more they have consistently lied about the timing of the work they are expected to complete (all common areas and amenities) services they would provide (e.g. window cleaning) and the list goes on. It's a constant battle every time you need to communicate with them about something, your query either gets ignored or they try to make you believe it's not their problem.

We bought our condo on plan & moved back in 2020. After over 2 years, we are still waiting for some of the basic work & promises to be completed. Our windows were never washed prior to delivery and have never been. Every single issue took months (up to over a year) to resolve. Their after- sales customer service leaves much to be desired. There has not been even a couple of months where we have not had a fake fire alarm or faulty sprinkler or flood or plumbing issue somewhere in the building. The inner courtyard, which looks like a construction zone- has been untouched pretty much for the past couple of months. With the construction holidays coming up, it’s clear that we will spend yet another summer staring at the mess. There is no schedule to adhere to, no effort to finish the job.The project was sold as luxury condos - however, all the common finishings are subpar and “design choices” left much to be desired. In short, don’t buy the hype!

Noca Condos owner - DevMcGill are so dreadfully slow to finish their projects, it's actually ridiculous. Things break in the building constantly and it's supposed to be brand new.The landscaping of the garden is so slow and it was supposed to be done a while ago. We get woken up daily at 7am from the sound of construction but we barely see any change in the state of the garden by the end of the day.Honestly not impressed at all with their work. Def will not be considering any other project done by them

Never have condo (NOCA) that have sooooo many different quality problems within less than 1.5 year. Fan problem, AC fixed once within 1 year warranty and now has issue again but installer won’t provide service any more and distributor won’t deal with customer but only company. And an HAVC tech company suggested me to replace AC with other brand since the brand Slimair DevMcgill used recently has a lot of reported control board issues. And now again having sink leaking problem. So frustrated with this condo quality.Back to edit my review since 2nd year there is another leakage in the bathroom and they won't do anything to fix it. WORSE condo I have.
