The customer service at branch 3307 in Calgary, AB was great, the administration there was very helpful and prompt when getting back if there was ever an issue. Access to the compound was not available 24 hours which was a little inconvenient, but other than that, my experience was quite positive.

Worse and Racist storage not feel safe you don't know it is employee or security inside there premises I was tenant for almost more than 1 yr I dont feel safe.i am homeless often come in to my storage bin last Feb 2023 happen brake enter to my storage no support no CCTV footage that I request. Stolen all my important document. My business electronics equipment either personal belonging. Now I was struggling my life.
