I ordered 3 human hair wigs from you this past September and I wanted you to know that all of them were perfect.The colour, the size, was everything I wanted and just as I had imagined.To top it off, I received a free gift with my purchase ( wig care kit) and free express shipping. Now that is excellent service!I will highly recommend you in the future.

I should have known when the site tried to solicit a tip on top of the order that I placed.On December 8, 2021 I placed an order for headcoverings for my Wife who is undergoing Chemo therapy and has lost her hair. The idea was to give her some nice turbans in time for Christmas. The order came to $424.43. A shipment arrived on Dec. 15, but only contained the Beanie sleep caps and none of the three outstanding turbans. Another shipment arrived Dec. 24, but only had 2 of the 3 turbans in it, the most expensive of the 3 was missing. When I texted customer support I was told that I had received 2 shipments and the turban in question was in the second shipment. Yes, I received 2 shipments, but they did not contain all of the items. I was told to take a photo of the contents, they are basically calling me a liar at this point. Don't they have a record of what they ship to people ? I took the photos and received the last item on Jan. 15, 2022. Five weeks to ship from Edmonton to Grande Prairie. Once Chemo is over my Wife will be in the market for a wig. You can be sure that she will NOT be getting it from Hair and Beauty Canada!

I have never shopped online for a wig before and I received so much help and advice on what to buy, what works and what doesn’t and I ended up with the perfect wig. It arrived right on time for the weekend and my friends all loved my new hair. Thank you so much.

I saved up for six months and ordered a human hair wig. It was customized to suit me and the colours were gorgeous.It is an all hand-tied cap and it took a little over a month to get designed. I lost all my self-esteem when I started losing my hair but thanks you toHair & Beauty Canada, I am a happy lady once again with a beautiful head of hair. Thank you for everything!
