Horrible Service. Just waited like 10 minutes for one coffee. Always have to tell them to hurry up or they miss something in my order and I always have to follow up for the missed item. If it wasn't on my way to work, I'd never go to this location again. Avoid at all cost. They don't know what they are doing.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were out of double chocolate, and we asked if we could get freshly made donuts. They asked the Baker and suggested if we wish to wait 30 minutes. The wait was worth it. The donuts were fresh and delicious. Because of this incident, this Timmies is my fav around the town now.

I felt that the server wasn't hearing me out at first, I spoke with overly-enunciated diction and louder voice than is normal for me. (People tend to complain my voice is too quiet, soft and I don't articulate very well.) All I did was tell her my order and she accused me of speaking to her rudely. I didn't berate, swear, shout nor insult her in any way. I just told her I wanted a candy cane hot chocolate. Then a regular one with whipped cream, as they didn't have crushed candy cane anymore, which is fine, and a peach quencher with a baker's choice donut. That's it. I just wanted to make sure she heard me through the Plexiglas. She proceeded to keep telling me I didn't have to speak to her the way I was. I told her I always have to repeat myself and I didn't want to have to repeat myself. I used to work for Tim Hortons, so I know the tight time constraints on orders they have and thought it would be helpful to ensure she heard right with no doubts. Of all the real abusive behaviour Timmies employees endure, clarity and diction should be off the radar on what they deem a problem.I went to get another order, this time just using my normal voice and it became a thing of having to repeat and point to the donut I wanted, thus proving my point of speaking more clearly.In the end the order was correct and the food was decent.

BEWARE OF CROSS-CONTAMINATION!! SO DISGUSTING!!! I ordered two sandwiches and I literally watched the employee make them about half way, then leave them sitting there for OVER 5 MINUTES to complete other orders. It wasn't until I said something that A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE CAME TO FINISH MY ORDER. At this point I'm not even going to eat this garbage. It's been cross-contaminated. THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Do better Tim Hortons. What a complete disgrace.

There works a girl Pawandeep who doesn’t know how to talk with customers. I got a completely burnt bagel; girls were talking in front of me that the bagel got burnt because it was stuck in the toaster but still they served me that bagel. So I came back and Pawandeep started arguing with me instead of apologizing and giving another bagel. She started explaining how their toaster works and still said that this is not burnt. She should know how to talk to customers and how she can adjust the machines.

Asked for light ice twice, even saw it added on the screen. Not a 1 star because my medium ice with light coffee tastes good. But goodness if this is light ice, I can't imagine what regular is.

I understand that drive-thru takes some priority, but the trainee should be alone to do skip, mobile, and counter alone. Let alone with 4 people in drive through not making anything and talking to a customer (guess taking their order but from when I order till when I got my drink noone else even started making a drink.) With another person sweeping why I wait for my drink, a skip driver is here, and someone is waiting on their mobile order. It took them 6-8 mins to make a tea with 2 sugar.If you are going to go here, use the drive thru or expect to wait because it seems they cannot help each other.

Yes. Tim Horton's. Lived up to their reputation as the number one donut shop chain in Canada! I had an apple fritter and my wife had a strawberry jam filled jam buster. We shared a Tim Horton coffee. Yum! They still have Covid protocols in place at the Winnipeg Nairn Avenue location. Needed to she vaccine card and a picture ID (drivers license) before we could dine in.

Went there for a sausage egg wrap they repeated sausage egg back twice paid for it get to work and there was no sausage. Tried calling 3 times phones goes right to busy. Wrap was awful just egg, cheese and the sauce.
