Residential luxury condos in the downtown west of Toronto next to the awesome University Avenue but yet very quiet neighborhood has Airbnb too this 41 floors luxury establishment has also a 24/24 5 stars hitech Security system and crew manages by the 5 stars Security company Forest Hill Group

Good quality building that isn’t falling apart after it’s 2 years of life. Building management is sharp. Amenities are quality and bookable online.

Be aware!!! I stayed in one of the units on the 20th floor. At 4:00 AM Saturday, August, 10th, I woke up when my husband was screaming. When I woke up, I saw a completely NAKED man who was climbing into our bed. He stepped back and left our unit shortly after. We saw he was entering into the unit #2002. We called the police to report this incident right away and reported this to the security at the concierge. Although we are not sure if the security reported this to the management, we learned that his name is Luke. He is about 6 feet tall, slim to average weight, white skin color, and short brown hair. Although we could smell alcohol from him, he was not that drunken. He walked just fine.We will also write a letter to the management company to let them know what happened. If you see this post, please share this with the people who live in the complex to protect them. I will do my best to do the right things.

Front desk puts zero effort into securing food delivery left with them during this pandemic when drivers can’t go upstairs and residents work from home. Says to reorder, then insult you for leaving it to them. It’s not that they can’t take care of it, they just don’t want to, despite that being their job. Screw you for trusting them. Terrible work ethics and attitude from lower management towards people they are hired to support. Respond to being treated kindly with entitlement, making life ten times harder if you have to work with them to get anything done. Insist they are right even after causing damage, and acts aggressively when the concern was raised. Incredibly unprofessional.

Nice, clean building with good amenities and helpful concierge. Great location.However, fire alarm tests are too frequent (at least one per week, often more). This last week alone two fire alarms have sounded at 3am, in addition to a separate alarm test. This stretch of Nelson street is also always covered in dog mess (more than is found in downtown generally).Packages also go “missing” - I have had multiple incidents in which it shows that packages have been delivered but the concierge cannot locate them, despite searching the parcel cupboards. Each time, the sender has resent the order, only for the original package to finally show up in the Parcelport system months later.

Frequent fire alarms be it testings, false alarms or someone mishandling. Not quiet at all if you live on the lower levels. Concierges not friendly in general. The electricity bill is also much higher than the neighborhood for reasons to be investigated.

Management won’t let grocery drop off at door even though delivery personnel had buzz code and it’s contactless. This is inconvenient especially when it’s heavy. The logic that this is for health and safety reasons doesn’t make sense when you consider no matter where the meeting take place there will only be one person present inside the building for the purposes of delivery, and meeting in person outside forces residents and delivery personnel to have face to face interaction which increases the risk for spreading the virus, comparing to drop off at unit door requiring no in person interaction when social distancing is practiced. Because this is a part of COVID guidelines and protocols only not bylaws or rules w. the condo corporation, management does not have the legal right to force it upon residents. They must be reasonable and adaptable to residents’ daily lives in implementation. What’s more, they’re discriminatory and stop some deliveries but not others. Unreliable and disrespectful, aggressive and cannot be reasoned with, they tell you what to do and you do it, otherwise they blame you for the problems they caused. This is not the attitude of someone you want for taking care of your safety. Better minimize interaction.

Senior management is irresponsible to say the least. their maintenance contractor had not only overcharged for HVAC component replacement service, but also refused to provide any proper contract document or invoice, took over four months to return the component collected for fixing, when it finally returned it stopped working after a day, they made no attempt to provide update during the time this happened a year ago, impossible to reach over the phone, and took no responsibility for causing resident to live without HVAC for over a year. When made aware these instances the response from senior manager is you can’t prove it. Nothing says he is in on it more than showing no sign of surprise or regret to the terrible experience of residents. If you are lucky enough to not get screwed over like this, just know these people are capable of holding your valuables hostage if they believe you did not think of preparing proof of their actions and they can get away with it. They are hostile and intimating to honest people and you will hear the opposite from them. Find a replacement for your maintenance service or at lease keep records so you don’t get taken advantage of. You have to watch out for these people because they are predatory.

One of the concierge refused to accept a package shipped to me just because there was no room for them to store. It was a very important package to me, but they did not even try to reach me before they refused the package. So annoying!!
