Tyler from Buyer's Choice Home Inspections was great to work with; as a first time home buyer it was nerve wracking for my wife and I to get our potential home inspected, however Tyler was professional, kind and had a great sense of humour. He was efficient and knew his stuff. He provided a detailed run through of what his job scope for the day was as well as things he was going to be looking at. He was open to questions and did not hesitate to provide suggestions. We had out real estate agent on site and he did not hesitate to be honest and upfront about the property, which is fabulous! Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Berkeley was the inspector at our house in Bridgewater. We found him to be very personable, extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. He is definitely an asset to his occupation. I would highly recommend Mr. Berkeley for any inspection job.

Just wanted to post this for people that are looking for a home inspection company. John Berkley of Buyer's Choice Home Inspections did a fantastic job on the new house we are purchasing. His report was very through and he explained everything that he found or saw that could be of interest to us. As we have not seen the house in person , yet he also sent us pictures of things we could not see on line. This was very good!!!. My hubby and I truly recommend John Berkley.
