Amazing experience from them from start to finish! They did such a good job on my nails. I came in for a bio gel set and got the colour marshmallow. Loved their service, Minh was so nice and friendly! Will definitely be coming back! Great customer service :)Pros:- Called to ask if they were available for a walk in (they picked up after 3 rings)- Minh was very friendly and knowledgeable about nails and which nail shape was fitting- Very clean place- Had tons of colours to choose from- Affordable (similar or less expensive than other nail salons)Cons:- Had none, I had a great experience here!

$20 just to remove my nails is a bit ridiculous. I’ve done this several times in Toronto for only $10. This place is very overpriced for Waterloo. Last time I got my acrylic nails done here, they didn’t do a good job either. I only go here because it’s close but it’s definitely not worth it.

Went for a pedicure and a full acrylic set. I had Julie as my nail tech. I think the photos speak for themselves. She did a great job with the acrylics, very careful and meticulous and the results look great! Pedicure was nice but I wish she paid a little more attention to the heels as they were still a bit rough. But overall great job and prices are really worth it :)

I have gone to this nail salon a couple of times and they have never been able to deliver properly. I went to get my nails done a couple of days ago and the person that did my nails was doing 5 things at the same time. She wasn’t paying attention to the shape of my nails, she did not make my nails shorter when I asked, she left so much acrylic residue on my fingers. Ontop of that I got a very simple design and they charged me 95 dollars. I saw them clearly using acrylic even though I asked for biogel and they still charged me for biogel. When I asked they said that bioGEL is powdered and that it is right…the container that the lady was using said pink acrylic power on it. The nails are all different sized and shapes and they didn’t even apply the acrylic close to the cuticle. It looks like my nails are a week old even though it’s been 2 days. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. It is over priced and you are not treated properly. Everytime I asked to fix something she would just talk back saying there’s nothing wrong with the nail. I am very disappointed, since this is one of the only nail salons that is in the Waterloo area.

I love this salon! I've been coming here for 2 years since I moved from Toronto and I love their services. I also love how friendly, kind and loving all the estheticians are. I always leave feeling 100% pampered and fabulous. The atmosphere is perfectly peaceful too! Would highly recommend to anyone who is super picky about their nail experience. Not to mention, their massage chairs are so incredibly relaxing. I always refer my friends here.. and will definately be returning soon, as per usual :). They are so sweet that they even helped fix my nails that were destroyed by another salon. So sweet and definately my go to!

Got a nice shellac pedicure here for $45. Very satisfied. The lady who did it for me was lovely and efficient. :)

I went here yesterday to get my nails done for my birthday and am very disappointed with the service i was provided with. I initially had shown the lady a photo of what I wanted, which was silver French tips and told her that I wanted to do the design if she had the colours to do so. While getting my nails done I had started to feel like the lady doing my nails was not listen at all to what I wanted, she had asked me if I wanted my square nails rounded, to which I said no I want them sharp and she rounded them anyways. And then when it came time to do the silver French tip, she did not have the colour to do it. I feel like she should have told me before starting my nails that she did not have the colour, and I would have chosen a different style. I ended up leaving without what I wanted and still had to pay full price for poor service. I’ve been to this place before this but don’t think I’ll be returning.

Just went to get my first full set of acrylics done and absolutely loved Urban Nails. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful (even going so far as to get my card our of my wallet because I'm not used to the nails yet lol). My nail tech was exceptional and she was so careful and meticulous with her work. You can definitely tell that they take pride in what they do and they never cut corners. If I ever decide to get my nails done again, I will definitely be going back here. Great service and great people :)

I got an amazing pedicure from Amy and Kim does my bio gel nails. Good prices for the nails it makes it possible to get them done more often, I have a routine at Urban now! And they have A TON of colours. I especially love they do soak off here. If required. I went to other places and they scraped my nails off with nail tips it was painful. Kim has been helping grow out my natural nails and they've NEVER been this long natural in my life!

This is the BEST nail salon to get Bio Gel done! Helen is super meticulous and she always perfectly imitates the pictures I show her. She even mixed nail polishes to create my perfect nude colour and added an extension to a nail I broke. I have gone there twice now, and the nails have lasted perfectly for a month. I pay around 45-55$ each time + tip.
