Mike and his awesome team replaced our old roof and delivered extraordinary service! They kept the outside area tidy, organized as they worked and discarded all of the old roof. They are very professional and detail oriented. It was easy to work with Mike and he operates with integrity. We appreciate him honouring a previous quote despite material cost increase. Hired Mike and his team at Precise roofing to help me replace my 25 year old roof, gutters, and skylights. They showed up while it was below zero each day and stayed until the job was done. I called around for four quotes in Chilliwack when my roof was simply toast.Precise was professional from the start, and that was a good sign, as a couple of the others were not. The owner Mike showed up on time, and shared my vision for the house, its an old house and needed a lot of work. His price was fair, and he worked with me to ensure I got what was needed. I don't understand roofing and he was very patient with me, and returned twice to explain things to me and give me samples etc. When it came time to get it done, that is where these guys really shine, the crew showed up 5 minutes early, and by the time they had given me, they were on the roof and working. All very well organized, they left no mess, and the roof looks amazing, I get compliments from passers by all the time. I had one small issue when they were done, and the owner and another guy were there in two days, made it right and were off. Amazing crew, I cant recommend them enough. Thank you Precise!
