Whoever owns this Tim’s should never be allowed to own a business. I’m not joking when I say this, every time I go (quite often as it’s close to work) they’re out of something. Today at 245pm they were out of every single bun they make. The owner has no idea how to supply this store with what they need. The staff there are friendly and wonderful and always apologetic, which is a shame for them to have to be. The owner clearly cannot run a business and should honestly sell to someone who can at least handle how to order inventory in.

I stop here every morning on my way to work. Usually a breakfast sandwich and a coffee is my order. This week the coffee has been horrible. I think they need to give their machines a deep cleaning. Today was undrinkable. So disappointed.

This is hands down the slowest, worst Tim Hortons I have been too. After waiting 20 minutes in a 3 car line up, the food order was wrong. At this point, it would be quicker to drive to any other Tim Hortons in cobourg - it would save time and at least my order would be correct. Management needs to do something about this as this has been the same issue for months.

Horrible, went there today for egg and sausage biscuit. Told no egg…we can have double meat. Fine. Get double bacon and a slice 0f process cheese all of it refrigerator cold and thrown in a bag coming out of the wrapper. Had it with this location. Actually contacted Tim Hortons to complain about the management at this franchise this time. Too many horrible experiences. They need to get in there and help this location it is horrendous. Don’t go there. Pick a different one trust me. Done giving this one any chances.

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons ever!!! Farmers wraps are always cold and missing part of the ingredients usually the hash brown. They rarely get an order correct!! Sad that this brand new location is giving such bad service and for the cost of a couple wraps they should be a lot better then they are

Ordering from this location is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. You would assume it's what you ordered but for some reason that's only 50% of the time. Most of the staff are friendly but who ever that older woman was working the drive through window is always unpleasant or even rude to customers. blaming other staff for making things wrong even though she was the one who didn't put in the right thing I asked for. Surprisingly on days she's not there I always get exactly what I ask for... Funny coincidence.

So I went in with my friend and this was not a good time, my friend works at a different Tim Hortons and she was not impressed with them at all. 1. They took forever thankfully the manager I believe noticed and got people on top of our order (which was 2 drinks and a bagle) 2. They messed up our orders immensely they seemed under trained and slow didn’t seem they really cared, my friend had to manually put in her creamer as they didn’t add it to what she asked for and essentially made her own. 3. The one worker really seemed clueless and made my large ice coffee a small icecap? Idk how that gets mixed up and I asked for extra caramel and cane syrup and I’m not sure if I got any…4. I looked under my ice coffee because it tasted different and I had coffee grounds in my drink.. not pleasant at all and it was actually a lot in it (maybe clean ur tanks?) I personally have worked in fast food and I’ve never had such a hard time. the manager was really friendly and good but the workers need to not slack it and pay attention to what consumers order and work at a faster pace please and thank you!! :)
