Mark Xiao is a great service provider. He came to our house for our recent gas cooktop repair due to a clicking sound when turning it on. After tested the cooktop, he assessed to be an issue of electrical plugs. He is a professional tech person. We will give him a 5-star review.

I write this review to share my personal experience. Yours may differ. I wanted to rate this a 1, but my prior service guys were so good that even after some time has passed, they are still weighing in on this review. The gentleman who came Asian (I think Mark) was loud and rude the moment he walked through my door. He wouldn't look at problems in a way to fix them - he would just resort to well the motors need to be replaced" I don't think he has been properly trained in appliance repairs

A Chinese, Eric has a negative attitude and intentionally speaks in a manner that makes people uncomfortable. Hiring someone like him could potentially damage the company's reputation. I would prefer not to see him again.

I had a water leak on my SubZero fridge, and required general maintenance as well. They are the authorized dealer, so they explained charges before the appointment, showed up on time, tech Eric wore protective boots, came equipped with necessary parts. He was polite and efficient and repaired the necessary items. Bill was reasonable and actually less than expected considering its a subzero. Called next day to make sure everything was working well. That is above and beyond as far as im concerned.

I had one of there guys in a company van speed up as I was trying to change lanes then give me the finger and speed around me. Real classy and professional guys. And yes I certainly gave him the finger right back. Will NEVER use them nor let anyone I know use them if this is the type of people they have working there . To top it all off I was on my way home with my 9 yr old who had just had surgery.

10/10 would recommend Shoreline, don’t believe all the haters hereThey were responsive and helpful, sending an experience tech within a day of requestMark was professional and efficient, and ultimately fixed our Sub-Zero fridge. We’ll definitely request him in the future if we run into any other issues with our appliances

Two complaints. First, when the technician Jason entered our house, I told him that my baby was sleeping upstairs. We also hang a notice on the doorbell to tell people that there's a baby sleeping inside the house. However, when he went in and out to his car, he slammed the door 4 times. So I had to remind him again for my sleeping baby. So for that afternoon, my 1-year-old only slept 30 minutes instead of 2+ hours like usual. And he cried through the afternoon to evening because his daily sleeping routine was interrupted. I really hope the tech can pay more attention to the customer's request.Second, there's a wooden board that covers the fan of the wine fridge. When the tech removed the board, he damaged the baseboard connecting to the corner of the wooden board. He pointed out the damage and told me there's nothing he could do about that because they don't do woodworking. I asked him several times for a solution. At first he kept telling me he couldn't do anything. Then he texted his manager, Grant Hopper, about this issue. Before he finished the job, he called the manager, and the manager Grant agreed to pay for whatever I spent on fixing the baseboard. And Grant said he could help finding someone to fix the damage for us. Hopefully they will keep the promise.Anyway, I really hope the tech can pay attention to each customer's reasonable request. And be responsible for any damage they did.1 star for Jason to finish his job. The other star if they can keep their promise to pay for my expense on fixing the damage.
