Forever Nails

I do not recommend! I came to redo my nails but I had to wait a long time even though I made a phone appointment in advance. Both workers were with other customers and ignored me completely. After a while one of them came and removed a bit of my old nail polish and left me again. I'm guessing she did that in hopes, that with my nails in that state I'll just wait however long she likes but after waiting even more and further ignoring of me and my questions I lost my patience and left. Save yourself time, nerves and money and go to other nail salon!

Be aware. The most unprofessional and disrespectful attitude which I ever encountered! Not only I was treated there like I’m invisible (my questions were purposely ignored) but also after 20 min of waiting for my scheduled appointment I’ve heard they won’t have time to do my nails in proper way. I requested to remove old gel nails as my own nails were separating from the layer of gel ( it’s quite dangerous to keep it like that cuz water and bacterias might go between and cause infection/mold grows etc).Even after this I decided to stay and just redo my nails next time, however I wanted to know how much delay they have. When I asked, they rudely replied to me that it’s my fault insinuating that I booked my appointment wrong and they don’t have enough time to do what should be done. I suggested rescheduling but .. again I heard that they don’t have another opening.I understand that some days nail salons might get super busy and late and I don’t have much problem to wait however in this place respect for customer doesn’t exist, so I won’t be recommending it to anyone.

I called to see if they had an opening, they said No they were fully booked...ok, no Problem5 minutes later I get a call back from them, (I assumed they had a cancelation) they asked what I wanted done i said pedicure & gel Nails done, they said ok come on in...I live 20-25 minutes away which they knew because I had told them that the first time we spoke,So I get there, they were very busy only 2 people working, people were waiting to get there Nails done, I was thinking about leaving, thought they were just too busy (I waited for 15 minutes) I got up to tell them I'll come back another day, but before I said anything they told me to sit in 1 of theìr chairs so I did...long story short they did a horrible job very fast, I was DoneMy Nails were hurting but at that time I was taking something for Pain already so, Oh & I Paid more than I had ever paid, honestly I was in shock $50++ I didn't get my Pedicure, this wasn't the first time I've had my Nails done...I've been getting my nails done on & off for years

The best place for pedicures I've found... they really smooth out any rough spots on the heel etc... and lots of shellac colour choices now for manicures. Love the ladies too! Reasonable prices, nice new/clean salon.

Tina did a great job putting dipped nails on. I had removed my false nails prior to moving back to Canada in July but found my nails splitting and tearing badly due to the drier weather and the constant hand washing necessary because of the pandemic. Am glad to have pretty nails again!

I usually go to another salon in town but decided to try another... I'm happy I did! The salon is owned by 2 sisters. It's quaint, quiet and has a clean , cute atmosphere. You don't have multiple customers coming in off the street interrupting your session! My friend and I were very pleased with our nails and service. Definitely going to be my new spot to go!

After tragically losing my nails to my boss for thievery, Forever nails was able to affix real nails to the 2nd knuckle of my right hand and no one has noticed. Its been 4 years and they're still there.
