Silver Creek Conservation Area
Very nice trail, although the view along the trail seem to be lacking. Maybe it's because of the snow, but there were not many picturesque spots during our 11km loop. The trail gets very busy at spots as the place seem to be very popular. If you want to avoid people, you may need to come super early (maybe 7am). Parking is mostly on the side of the road and it gets the job done. Considering the popularity, we had bigger expectations for our hike here. Nashville Conservation area was way more picturesque and without any people when we went.Silver Creek is probably much better during summer, so we'll be back to re-explore it again in a few months.

It is part of the bruce trail, very well marked. Road side parking, beautiful place to walk all year round.

Beautiful views of the Halton hills, my family enjoyed hiking in the lush green forest. Great options for trails to be surrounded with nature in the summer season.

The trail is quite difficult as it is too rocky, although there is a good spot with small water pond and wooden walkway

Beautiful area. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go out of Toronto and sees some up and down and challenging hiking. There are different pathways to choose some are more challenging some are easier.Free parking and no reservation required.I didn’t see any washrooms.

Like most families in Ontario, we decided to go on a nature hike on Thanksgiving and chose Silver Creek as our destination of choice. On most days, the lack of parking lot wouldn’t be an issue, but it really stands out as a nuisance on high volume days. The scenery is pretty average as far as hiking trails are concerned but one thing of note is the incredibly rocky terrain. I’ve hiked at quite a few places and found this location to be a bit of a challenge. As expected, the fall colours were amazing to see. I think the trail would benefit by having more clear markers to let you know where you are and where you’re heading.

Fantastic trails that are well maintained. Great trails for experienced hikers. There is cliffs and some dangers. Keep pets on leash as posted on the trail map.

Simply superb trail and scenery. Very well blazed trail (well, it's part of the Bruce Trail, which is always well maintained and blazed) and spectacular views, especially in fall - gorgeous autumn foliage. The nearby roads have wide shoulders, so parking isn't a problem.
